Ivan-Kurtovic D.O.O. is an Irish-Montenegrin development company that was set up with the aim of bringing premium development and investment infrastructure to Montenegro. Our San Ference project's mission is to provide the finest living space on the Adriatic coast. Montenegro was seen an ideal emerging market
in which to focus upon.
   
 

Why?
   
 

The idea and realisation for this pioneering resort came from the two founders of Ivan Kurtovic.It was an established fact that Montenegro did not have any high quality resorts or apartment stock to satisfy the needs of the investment and
foreign property owners' community. This void needed to be addressed. After much research was done using the partners knowledge of development and regional needs, the project was conceptualised, lands purchased in an area
that was to become a hub for travel and discovery and then the drawing began.
   
 

How?
   
  The services of an innovative architects were employed. Further contacts in turn led to a cohesive team working and expanding together to form a dynamic team. Montenegro's first gated community resort was planned. Working with
Opstina Bar, Studies were put in place, to work hand in hand in fulfilling the needs of the region.
